E. J. Barnes

E. J. Barnes is an illustrator with extensive experience in editorial and commercial illustration, as well as cartooning since March 2003. Barnes has worked as an editorial cartoonist for The Recorder, program moderator for panels at Arisia, Inc., and contributed to various comics anthologies with the Boston Comics Roundtable. Self-publishing comic books under Drowned Town Press is also a notable aspect of Barnes' work. Prior to a creative career, Barnes held technical positions such as Senior Software Engineer at LexisNexis and Computer Programmer at SDK Healthcare and MEDITECH. Education includes a Certificate in Illustration from the School of the Museum of Fine Arts and an A.B. in Chemistry from Harvard University.
