Leslie Katz

Leslie Katz, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, sHRBP, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in HR business partnering and operations. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Human Resources at Arista Networks since July 2022, Leslie supports a global computer networking company with annual revenues exceeding $3 billion. Previously, Leslie held the position of Human Resources Manager II at Skyworks Solutions, Inc. for over 13 years, contributing to a company with revenues over $5 billion and a workforce of nearly 12,000. Leslie's earlier experience includes roles as Division Human Resources Manager at Helix Medical and Division Human Resources Leader at Veeco Instruments/Bruker Nano. Leslie holds an MBA in Management and Organizational Development, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, both from California Lutheran University.
