Omar Jimenez possesses extensive experience in logistics and operations, with a career spanning over a decade at Cisco and a current role at Arista Networks in Global Service Logistics Operations. At Cisco, Omar served in multiple leadership positions, including Director of Customer Excellence Americas, where Omar focused on enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency while effectively managing a $200M annual budget. As Director of Service Logistics and Operations for LATAM, Omar oversaw logistics operations across 47 countries, managing over $700M in inventory and 50K RMA cases annually.
