Ruslan Makarsky

Ruslan Makarsky has been working in the IT industry since 1999, when they co-founded IT Entrepreneur. In 2013, they joined Aristek Systems as the Chief Operating Officer (COO). At Aristek Systems, they are responsible for providing digital transformation services and cost-saving IT solutions to customers from the USA, Europe, and Asia.

Ruslan Makarsky obtained their Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Belarusian State University between 1994 and 1999. Ruslan then went on to receive their Master of Business Administration from Kingston University.
