Charles Hiten

Charles Hiten has a diverse work experience in the gaming industry. Charles is currently the Global SVP - Product, Development & PMO - CX Solutions at Aristocrat, starting in April 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Principal Consultant at Studio 3521, where they focused on driving innovation and delivering growth strategies for start-ups and distressed companies. Charles also served as the Chief Executive Officer, Americas at Gauselmann Group, where they developed long-term growth strategies and oversaw subsidiary companies. Charles also held various roles at NOVOMATIC, including Prokurist at NovoChile Ltda and Managing Director at Novomatic Investments Chile S.A. Charles was also involved in the management of Monticello Grand Casino & Entertainment World Chile and NovoSun S.A., among other ventures. Charles has extensive experience in P&L responsibility, strategic planning, and business development.

Charles Hiten attended the Academy of Audio Engineers in Sydney, Australia from 1993 to 1994, where they studied Audio Engineering. Prior to that, they were a student at the University of Port Elizabeth from 1989 to 1990. Charles completed their high school education at Oudtshoorn High School in Oudtshoorn, South Africa from 1982 to 1986, earning a High School Certificate. Charles Hiten also holds additional certifications, including Gaming Licenses from Canada, Great Britain, South Africa, and the United States, as well as a Senior Paramedic Certificate from the South African Medical Services and SADF.
