Marian Georgy

Marian Georgy, EMBA, has a diverse work experience spanning over 18 years. Currently, Marian is the Director of Commercial Apps at Aristocrat, where they oversee teams in the US, ANZ, and India, focusing on delivering CRM solutions and implementing various portals with AI solutions and Zoom integrations.

Before joining Aristocrat, Marian held leadership roles at the NSW Department of Customer Service. As the Director of Digital Experience, Marian provided strategic leadership on digital service transformation initiatives for the NSW Government, collaborating with government agencies and stakeholders to improve customer experiences. Marian also managed the design and development of significant business and software solutions for various government agencies.

Prior to their time at the NSW Department of Customer Service, Marian worked as an IT Business Partner at Avis Budget Group Pacific, where they collaborated with business stakeholders, developed IT roadmaps, and managed vendor relationships. Marian also had a tenure at Avis Budget Group International, where they served as a Technical Product Manager and Technical Lead, overseeing the development of new digital websites, apps, and compliance projects.

Marian began their career as a Software Engineer at Honeywell Safety Products and Unisys. Throughout their career, Marian has demonstrated leadership, strategic planning, and strong technical skills.

Marian Georgy, EMBA holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Executive MBA from Henley Business School, which was obtained from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, Marian completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from The American University in Cairo, between 1997 and 2001. Furthermore, Marian has obtained several certifications over the years, including the SAFe 5 Agilist Certification, CompTIA Security+ Certification, and certifications related to AWS, DevOps, TOGAF, Scrum, and Microsoft development.
