Simona Vasilescu, MBA, ACCA is currently serving as SSC Director & HR Manager Romania at Ariston Thermo Group. With experience in various roles such as Deputy & Financial Process Manager SSC at Merloni Thermosanitari and Credit Control Senior Specialist Iberian Team at Hewlett-Packard, Simona has demonstrated strong leadership and project management skills. Simona is responsible for overseeing the entire activity of the SSC, engaging with stakeholders and implementing projects to enhance quality processes in finance and administration. With a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management and an MBA from the University of Warwick, Simona continues to develop their abilities through training and creating efficient working environments.
