Jennifer Gonzalez

Jennifer Gonzalez is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Central Garden & Pet since September 2019, Jennifer has been responsible for overseeing all local HR activities, including staffing and employee relations. Prior to this role, Jennifer held HR management positions at Bar Harbor Seafood and Heichel Plumbing, where responsibilities included managing employee relations, performance management, and payroll. Earlier experience includes serving as a Human Resources Coordinator at SkyBridge Resources and a Payroll Administrator at Interiors In Flight Inc. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from the University of Florida, completed in 2017.
