Claudio Sergi

Claudio Sergi has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Claudio started their career in 2016 at RIELLO, where they worked as a Lean Manufacturing Engineer and later as a Manufacturing Engineering Team Leader. In 2019, they joined AB Energy - Cogeneration World as an Organization & Continuous Improvement: Area Manufacturing Coordinator and later became a Lean Transformation Project Manager. Currently, they are working at Ariston Group as an Industrial Engineering Leader and recently transitioned to the role of Plant Director in July 2022.

Claudio Sergi completed their education in a chronological order. Claudio started by earning a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano in 2010, followed by a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from the same institution in 2014. In 2016, they pursued a Master's degree in Lean Six Sigma from MIP Politecnico di Milano. In 2017, they obtained certifications as a Green Belt Lean Six Sigma and Lean Specialist from MIP Politecnico di Milano. In 2021, they earned a Master Executive degree in Black Belt Lean Six Sigma from Crossnova Academy. Additionally, they attained certifications in Toeic from ETS in 2014 and Trinity ISE I from Trinity College in 2010.
