Ferdinando Montefalcone

Ferdinando Montefalcone has extensive experience in the field of human resources, with a particular focus on manufacturing. Ferdinando is currently serving as the HR Director at Ariston Group since September 2022. Prior to this role, they worked for CNH Industrial as an HR Manager from September 2013 to October 2022. Other notable positions include Industrial Relations and Plant HR Manager at FPT Industrial from March 2013 to August 2013 and June 2011 to February 2013, respectively. Before that, they were a Labour Relations Specialist at Iveco from March 2009 to May 2011. Ferdinando also held various HR leadership roles at Fiat Powertrain Technologies from 2006 to 2009 and at Fiat-GM Powertrain from 2004 to 2005. Ferdinando began their career as an HR Site Responsible at Comau Service from November 1999 to December 2003.
