Patrizia Valsesia

After graduating in Law at the University of Louvain-La-Neuve, Belgium, Patrizia Valsesia started her career in 1990 in the Human Resources area of the Fiat Group first and then CNH. In the early years of her professional career, she worked in France, the UK, China, and Italy in increasing managerial roles ranging from Compensation & Benefits, Organization, Talent Development, and Human Resources Business Partner in both commercial and technical areas.

In 2008 she contributed to establishing the CNH Industrial HR EMEA Region, leading this organization, as the Vice President of Human Resources EMEA, through its integration with Iveco in 2013.

In 2015 she was appointed Vice President of Human Resources of the Powertrain Segment of CNH Industrial with global responsibility for Europe, the USA, Brazil, and Asia with over 8,000 employees, designing and ensuring the shift towards a customer-centric organization.
