Simone Piersanti

Simone Piersanti has a diverse range of work experience in procurement and purchasing roles. Starting in 2007, they began their career as a trainee in the Supplier Quality department at Indesit Company. From there, they worked their way up to become a Sourcing Component Junior Buyer, Sourcing Components Buyer, and then a Senior Components Buyer within the same company. They also held the position of Group Senior Buyer Indirect Sourcing at Indesit Company.

In 2015, Simone joined Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A. as an Audi Group Italian Purchaser. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating IT purchases for Audi Italian companies, including Lamborghini. They also played a key role in organizing supply chains and leading negotiations for new Lamborghini vehicles.

Most recently, Simone has been working at the Ariston Group since 2017. They started as a Purchasing Commodity Manager, responsible for purchasing electric and electromechanical components. They then transitioned to the role of Group Procurement Senior Manager Transformation & Packaging, and are currently serving as the Procurement Director Americas. Unfortunately, specific start and end dates for their roles at Ariston Group are not provided, but it can be assumed that these positions occurred sequentially based on the chronological order of their work experience.

Simone Piersanti obtained a Master's degree in MBA from Alma Graduate School Bologna, which they pursued from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, where they received a laurea degree in Economia, Mercati e Istituzioni between 2002 and 2007.
