Shana Palencia

Shana Palencia is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development, marketing, and event coordination. Currently serving as a Member at Chief since September 2022, Shana has held multiple senior roles at Aristotle since August 2018, including Senior Vice President and Vice President, where responsibilities included strategic management and leadership. Prior experience includes an Associate position at Canyon Partners, LLC, focusing on operational due diligence and client relations, and founding Events Elephant Ltd., an event coordinating company. Additionally, Shana worked as a Case Manager at Stoll, Nussbaum & Polakov, managing a high volume of cases annually. Shana obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Education, and an Italian Minor from Bucknell University in 2010.
