Amit Goswami

Amit Goswami is currently the VP of Engineering at Arity. Prior to this, they served as the VP of Engineering for Ads at Cardlytics from January 2020 to December 2021. In this role, Amit was responsible for taking Cardlytic's managed services components and transforming them into a self-serve, automated, and scalable Ad Platform.

From January 2018 to December 2020, Amit served as the SVP of Product and Engineering at GroundTruth. In this role, they led all things product, data science, and engineering at GroundTruth. During their tenure, they scaled the India and Vancouver engineering offices to increase product delivery velocity while keeping the opex down. Amit also rationalized system architecture and paid off technical debt, which led to a 50% reduction in daily AWS spend. Streamlining product development, release cycle, and incident management helped in scaling GT's self-serve platform. In two and half years, they onboarded 3K+ advertisers and grew self-serve platform's daily revenue by 10X. Amit also built probabilistic audience solution, data quality pipelines, as well as multi-metrics campaign performance models (cost per visit, cost per install) using machine learning.

Prior to their time at GroundTruth, Amit worked at a variety of other companies in engineering roles. Amit has extensive experience in both the Ads and Fintech industries and is an expert in scaling Ad Platforms.

Amit Goswami has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management with a focus in finance, marketing, and operations. Amit also has a Master's Degree from the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) in MS in EECS with a focus in video storage and streaming systems. Lastly, they have a Bachelor's Degree from Dayalbagh Educational Institute in BS in EE with a focus in electronics and communication- embedded systems.
