Sri Manthati

Sri Manthati is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in quality assurance and engineering management. Currently serving as a Sr. Engineering Manager at Arity since February 2022, Sri has previously held similar roles at GroundTruth, where responsibilities included establishing incident management processes and overseeing QA teams to enhance productivity. Earlier positions include Principal Quality Assurance Engineer and Sr. QA Engineer at Sage Intacct, Inc., and Cisco, as well as several senior QA roles at Thomson Reuters and other technology firms. Sri holds an MBA Essentials from The London School of Economics and a Master's in Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, in addition to a Bachelor's in Engineering from Osmania University.
