Robinson Kiarie has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Robinson started their career at DHL Express in 2005 as a Logistics Agent. From there, they transitioned to DHL Supply Chain in 2007, where they served as an Inventory Control Clerk responsible for managing stock items, generating reports, and coordinating restocking activities. In 2014, Robinson joined PayStream Inc. as an Administrative Assistant, providing support to the management team and coordinating company activities. At Horizon Contact Centers Ltd, from 2018 to 2019, they worked as a Customer Service Representative, interacting with customers, addressing their needs, and providing solutions. In 2020, Robinson joined KOKO Networks as a Customer Care Professional, assisting clients, handling inquiries, and maintaining quality service. Currently, they are working at Mawingu Networks as an Associate Network Engineer - NOC, where they monitor the network infrastructure using various tools and ensures its efficient operation. Additionally, Robinson took on the role of Account Manager & Customer Service Team Lead at Mawingu Networks, acting as the main point of contact for client concerns and supervising the Call Centre Team.
