Josie Baik

Josie Baik is an experienced professional in the field of digital product management and talent representation, currently serving as the Director of Digital Product Management at Aritzia since October 2019. With a comprehensive career at Aritzia, Josie has held various roles, including Senior Manager and Manager in Product Integration, and began as a Production Associate. Josie co-founded Alaeria Agency, a Vancouver modeling and talent agency, where responsibilities included portfolio management, website development, and social media strategy. Prior experience includes a Buyer position at OAK + FORT and administrative roles at Sauder School of Business and The University of British Columbia. Josie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Cell Biology and Genetics from The University of British Columbia, complemented by a minor in Psychology.
