Kathryn Oliver

Kathryn Oliver, MBA, ACC is an experienced professional in learning and development with a robust background in retail and hospitality. Currently serving as the Director of Retail Learning Solutions at Aritzia, Kathryn has held successive roles in learning design and architecture since June 2020. Prior to Aritzia, Kathryn spent a decade at JOEY Restaurant Group, culminating in the role of Manager of Training and Development, where responsibilities included the design and implementation of learning systems and leadership development programs. Earlier experience includes roles at Starbucks and various training and operational positions at JOEY. Kathryn holds an Executive MBA and a specialized MBA in International Business from Royal Roads University and Grenoble Ecole de Management, respectively, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Calgary.
