Jan Brzeski

Jan Brzeski is a seasoned professional in the commercial real estate and financial services sectors, with over three decades of experience. In 2006, Jan founded Arixa Capital Advisors, which specializes in private lending secured by real estate, serving family offices and high-net-worth investors. Prior to this, Jan co-founded Crosswind Financial in 2012, focusing on customized debt financing solutions for luxury residential developers in California. Jan also held the position of VP of Acquisitions at Standard Management Company from 2002 to 2006, where extensive due diligence and real estate evaluations were conducted. Earlier in the career, Jan was the President and CEO of STV Communications, co-founding the media services firm that pioneered web broadcasting, and started as a Corporate Finance Analyst at Goldman, Sachs & Co shortly after graduating from the University of Oxford with a Master's degree in Economics. Jan also holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Dartmouth College.
