Pamela Bauer

Pamela Bauer has extensive experience in the finance and real estate industries. Pamela is currently working as the Director of Underwriting at Arixa Capital. Prior to this, they worked at Genesis Capital LLC as the Credit Underwriting Manager, where they effectively managed the pipeline and led a team of 10 in handling sponsor requests. Before that, they served as the Construction Portfolio Manager at Community West Bancshares, overseeing a loan portfolio of approximately $100 million. Pamela also worked as a Financial Analyst III at Rabobank and as a Senior Commercial Real Estate Loan Underwriter at Santa Barbara Bank and Trust. Pamela began their career as a Senior Commercial Real Estate Special Assets Portfolio Analyst at California Credit Union and as an Underwriter at First Bank of Beverly Hills. Prior to their career in finance, Pamela worked as a Virginia State Licensed Residential Appraiser.

Pamela Bauer obtained their Bachelor's degree in International Business from Penn State University, where they studied from 1985 to 1989. In 1987 to 1988, they attended Kansai Gaikokugo Daigaku and studied Japanese language. Additionally, they have acquired several certifications from FINRA, including the Series 3 National Commodities Futures Exam in May 1993, the Series 4 Registered Options Principal Exam in August 1990, the Series 63 Uniform Securities Agent State Law (New York) Examination in February 1990, and the Series 7, General Securities Representative in January 1990.
