Wendy Shi

Wendy Shi is an Application Engineer at Arize AI. Prior to their current role, Wendy was a Director, Strategy & Operations at EY-Parthenon from July 2020 to April 2021. In this role, Wendy was responsible for identifying and developing value creation initiatives, conducting cost-benefit analysis, quantifying initiative returns and driving EBITDA improvement.

From June 2018 to June 2020, Wendy was a Manager at EY-Parthenon, where they served as the PMO (Project Management Officer) to drive cross-functional coordination and consensus, conducting design and planning workshops.

Prior to EY-Parthenon, Wendy worked as a Senior Consultant, M&A Advisory at PwC from July 2016 to May 2018. In this role, Wendy led, planned and executed 5 large scale multi-billion merger integrations, carveout, divestiture separations projects. Wendy also performed buy-side and sell-side due diligence for 20+ private equity and corporate buyers across Pharmaceutical, Bio-tech, Medical Device and Retail & Consumer industries, with an aggregate deal value of over $20bn.

From September 2014 to June 2016, Wendy was a Consultant, M&A Advisory at PwC. Prior to that role, Wendy worked as an Associate, Assurance at PwC from October 2013 to August 2014.

Wendy Shi has a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Central University of Finance and Economics and a Master in Management Studies from Duke University. Wendy is currently a full-stack software engineer at App Academy.
