Nicole Quint serves as the Program Director for the Post-professional DrOT program and a Professor at Nova Southeastern University, where expertise in occupational therapy and a commitment to educational advancement are evident. With experience spanning various roles as a professional development coordinator and consultant, including independent contractor positions with multiple organizations, Nicole focuses on improving educational outcomes for K-12 and higher education institutions. Leadership consulting has been a significant aspect of Nicole's work, utilizing the Four Frames Model and a personalized leadership process. A dedicated advocate for children's educational needs, Nicole has also contributed to significant professional development initiatives in Broward County Public Schools and has a strong foundation in occupational therapy from their educational background, including a Ph.D. in Conflict Analysis and Resolution.
