Nick Purse

Nick Purse is currently the Director of Data Privacy at the Arizona Cardinals Football Club since April 2023. Previously, Purse served as a Data Privacy Engineer at Charter Communications, where responsibilities included exploratory data analysis and testing data privacy solutions. Additionally, Purse worked as IT Governance Manager at AvalonBay Communities, implementing OneTrust workflows for compliance with various data privacy laws and creating custom SQL analytics. Prior roles included Internal Audit Manager and Performance Audit Manager with the Office of the Utah State Auditor, leading audits and developing automated analysis systems. Purse's educational background includes a Juris Doctor from BYU Law School, a Master’s Degree in Public Management from Brigham Young University, and a recent certificate in Data Privacy and Technology from Harvard Online.
