Shaun Mayo

Shaun Mayo MBA, SPHR is currently the Chief People Officer at Arizona Cardinals Football Club. Prior to this role, Shaun served as the Senior Director - Learning and Leadership at Walmart's Sam's Club division. Preceding their time at Walmart, Shaun held various positions in human resources at companies such as Sam's Club, Amazon, 99 Cents Only Stores, Macy's, and Kohls. Shaun holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Southern University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Houston-Clear Lake. Additionally, Shaun has completed the Executive Program for Leadership Acceleration at Harvard Business School Executive Education.
