Amber Starr

Amber Starr has a diverse background ranging from being a Freelance Makeup Artist at MAC Cosmetics to serving as a Gallery Manager at the West Valley Arts Council. Currently, Amber holds the position of Community Impact Officer, managing loan funds and grants at the Arizona Community Foundation. With a Master of Arts in Communication, a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration, and an Associate of Arts in Fine and Studio Arts Management, Amber has a strong educational background to support their professional experiences.
