Monica K. Brown

Monica K. Brown is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at the Arizona Community Foundation since January 2024, Monica previously held various positions at The Cleveland Foundation from January 2007 to October 2023, including Vice President of Human Resources and Building Operations, Director of Human Resources, and Human Resources Manager. Earlier career experiences include consulting roles and a Human Resources Manager position at the Western Reserve Historical Society from 1998 to 2003, as well as a Store Manager role at Gap Inc. from 1992 to 1997. Monica K. Brown holds a Master of Human Resources and Labor Relations from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Merchandising from Kent State University.
