Jackie Dickerson

Jackie Dickerson has a strong background in benefits management and human resources. Jackie worked as a Benefits Manager at the Arizona Diamondbacks from 2012, and as a Consultant at Randstad in 2011. From 2007 to 2011, Jackie was the Manager of Health & Welfare at Henkel of America, where they managed and administered health and welfare plans for employees and retirees. Prior to that, they held positions such as Sr. Compensation Analyst at Arizona State University in 2006, and Sr. Benefits Analyst at The Dial Corporation in the same year. From 2000 to 2006, Jackie served as the Manager of Employee Benefits/HRIS at Phoenix Children's Hospital, overseeing health, welfare, and retirement benefit plans. Jackie also worked as an HR Consultant at Rural/Metro Corporation from 1998 to 2000, where they developed and managed an HR Call Center during an acquisition period. Earlier in their career, Jackie was the Director of Compensation, Payroll & HRIS at MicroAge, Inc. in 1996, and the Manager of Compensation, Benefits & HRIS at Arizona Mail Order Company, Inc. from 1991 to 1996. Jackie started their career as a Supervisor of Employee Benefits at First Interstate Bank in 1989. Overall, Jackie has extensive experience in benefits management, compensation, and HRIS implementation.

Jackie Dickerson attended the University of Phoenix from 2002 to 2004, where they pursued a Master of Education degree. Prior to that, they studied at the same institution from 1984 to 1985, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA).
