Richard Lucero

Richard Lucero has a diverse background in the coatings industry, with extensive experience in both operational and leadership roles. Currently serving as an Estimator in Training at Arizona Painting Company since June 2019, Richard also brought founding expertise to Rock Solid Coatings, LLC starting January 2015, focusing on protective coatings for industrial applications. Previous positions include Sandblasting Foreman at Aztec Coatings and Painter/Sandblaster at Bay Ship & Yacht Co. Additionally, Richard has held roles as a Sandblaster and Foreman at Desert Mobile Sandblasting and DeLeon Painting, respectively. Richard holds an Associate of Science degree in Drafting Technology from Eastern New Mexico University and furthered education in Environmental Engineering at New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology.
