Norberto Correa Jr., MBA has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on value-based care strategies, organizational transformation, and population health improvement. Norberto most recently served as the Vice President - REACH ACO Executive at Arizona Priority Care. Prior to that, Norberto worked as the Senior Director of Consulting Services at Change Healthcare, where they developed and implemented strategies to launch and grow value-based consulting services. Norberto also has experience as the President of Hispanic Medical Alliance IPA at Equality Health, where they created a risk-based network and strategic plan to improve the health outcomes of underserved populations. Additionally, Norberto has worked as an Independent Consultant, providing services including project management, strategic planning, and provider network development. Norberto has held various leadership positions and has a track record of driving market operations excellence and growth.

Norberto Correa Jr., MBA received their Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from The University of New Mexico in 1991. After a few years, they pursued further education and completed their Master of Business Administration in Business from the University of Phoenix in 2000.
