Emily Baum

Emily Baum, PHR has a strong background in human resources with experience in various roles and organizations. Emily began their career as a Summer Intern at Youth for Christ in 2008, followed by a role as a Vet School Student Worker at Purdue University in 2009. In 2010, they worked as a Human Resources Intern at OmniSource Corporation. From 2011 to 2017, Emily served as the Human Resources Office Admin at YMCA of the Rockies. Most recently, in 2017, they joined Arizona Snowbowl Resort as an HR Manager, and eventually became the Human Resources Director in October 2020.

Emily Baum, PHR, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Purdue University, which they obtained between the years 2006 and 2011. In addition to their degree, they have also been certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) by the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in November 2016.
