Senior Director, Annual Giving & Strategic Outreach at ASU Foundation

Carey Fredlake has a diverse range of work experience. Carey currently works at the ASU Foundation for A New American University, where they started in 2019 and has held various roles, including Senior Director of Annual Giving & Strategic Outreach. Prior to this, Carey worked at PetSmart from 2012 to 2019, serving in several marketing management positions. From 2007 to 2012, they worked at Santa Clara University Alumni Relations as an Associate Director of Marketing & Communications, where they transformed the marketing department and implemented new communication strategies. Before that, Carey worked as a Marketing Manager at Bon Appetit Management Company from 2005 to 2007, focusing on increasing sales through marketing strategies. Carey also gained experience as a News Research Intern at ABC 7 News Consumer Reports in 2005, where they assisted with the consumer report segment.

Carey Fredlake has completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing Management from the Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business. Additionally, Carey holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology with a minor in Communication from Santa Clara University.
