Elizabeth Muncal

Elizabeth Muncal has a strong background in fundraising and development. Elizabeth most recently worked as the Senior Director of Development at the ASU Foundation for A New American University, where they were responsible for raising over $3 million for various ASU Colleges and Institutes. Prior to that, they were the Director of Development at the same organization, where they worked closely with deans, directors, and faculty to drive fundraising strategies.

Before joining the ASU Foundation, Muncal served as the Director of Major Gifts at the American Cancer Society, overseeing the major gifts program for the Arizona and New Mexico region. Elizabeth collaborated with events and corporate relations teams to create targeted fundraising approaches and provided oversight to the market staff.

Muncal's experience in development also includes a role as a Development Associate at HonorHealth, where they managed donor portfolios and led an employee giving campaign that raised nearly $700,000 annually. Elizabeth Muncal obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Journalism and Public Relations from Park University, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. In 2009, they pursued further education at Arizona State University and completed their Master of Nonprofit Studies degree in Nonprofit Management in 2011.
