David Feigal

David Feigal serves as an Adjunct Professor at Arizona State University's Sandra Day O'Connor School of Law since 2005. Feigal has held various significant positions, including Partner at NDA Partners LLC from August 2010 to December 2024 and Vice President of Global Regulatory at Amgen from 2008 to 2010. Previous roles include Partner at NDA Partners (2004-2009), SVP of Global Safety and Regulatory at Elan Pharmaceuticals (2006-2007), and Director of the Center for Devices and Radiological Health at the FDA (1999-2004). Additionally, Feigal was Medical Deputy Director at the Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research (1997-1999) and Director of the Office of Drug Evaluation IV at the Center for Drug Evaluation and Research (1992-1997).
