Dawn Straw

Dawn Straw is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in higher education and executive education management. Currently serving as the Executive Director of the University Design Institute and Global Academic Initiatives at Arizona State University since February 2020, Dawn previously held leadership positions at Thunderbird School of Global Management, where responsibilities included managing executive education and partnerships during the integration with Arizona State University. Dawn's earlier roles at Arizona State University involved leadership of executive education programs and strategic initiatives. Previous experience includes teaching at Florida Gulf Coast University, managing international client services at The Wharton School, and coaching women's soccer at prestigious institutions. Dawn holds a Master of Business Administration from W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and an M.S.Ed. in Higher Education Administration from the University of Pennsylvania.
