Anuja Gauri Gladish has a range of experience in various organizations. Anuja Gauri is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Arizona Youth Partnership since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at the Women's Foundation of Southern Arizona, first as the Director of Advocacy starting in 2021 and later as the Director of Research and Advocacy from 2021 to 2023. Anuja also has experience with Atlas Research, where they held the roles of Manager, Technical Assistance and Training from 2018 to 2021 and Research Consultant from March 2018 to July 2018. In addition, they worked as the Grants Manager at the Women's Foundation of Southern Arizona from 2020 to 2021. Anuja has also held various positions at Arizona Youth Partnership, including Deputy Director/Chief Operating Officer from 2016 to 2017 and Director of Family Program, Evaluation Coordinator, and Program Coordinator from 2006 to 2016. Anuja Gauri is currently seeking meaningful career opportunities in the nonprofit sector, particularly in the Director, Development, and partnership capacity building roles in the D.C. Metro area.

Anuja Gauri Gladish, she/her, has a Master of Administration degree in Health Services Administration from Northern Arizona University, which they attained from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they earned a Graduate Certificate in Public Health from the University of Arizona in 2009. Their education journey began in 2000 at the University of Arizona, where they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health in 2007.
