Jeremiah Felton

Jeremiah Felton is an experienced technical leader currently serving as a Technical Account Manager at ark data centers since June 2015, where responsibilities include acting as a primary point of contact for strategic accounts and directing technical support teams. Prior to this, Jeremiah held roles at Involta as a Client Service Delivery Manager and as a Virtual Chief Information Officer, focusing on client escalations, strategic decision-making, and project planning. From April 2010 to June 2015, Jeremiah worked at DRS LLC, progressing through various technical support positions, including Service Desk Assistant Manager and Virtual Chief Information Officer. Early career experience includes working as a Switch Technician at Dobson Communications. Jeremiah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Youngstown State University.
