Michaela Loughlin

Michaela Loughlin has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Most recently, they have been working as the Head of Compliance and Improvement at Ark People Housing Care since April 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Operations Manager at Flexible Childcare Services Scotland from January 2022 to April 2023.

From August 2017 to January 2022, Michaela worked at Castle Rock Edinvar Housing Association Limited in different roles. Michaela started as a Scheduler in May 2011 and then transitioned to a Team Leader position in January 2013. Finally, they became an Operations Manager in August 2017.

Their early career began in 2008 when they worked as a Project Administrator at EUROPA WORKSPACE SOLUTIONS LIMITED until May 2011.

Michaela Loughlin attended St. David High School from 2000 to 2005. Michaela did not pursue a degree or specialize in any field of study during their time there. Currently, they are enrolled at BPP University since 2021, where they are studying Management at SCQF Level 9.
