Alexandra Stolt

Alexandra Stolt has a wealth of experience in the legal field. Alexandra started their career in 2010 as a Student at Mannheimer Swartling. Alexandra then moved on to Uppsala University in 2012 as a Research Assistant in Corporate Law. In 2013, they became a Legal Intern at SEB Merchant Banking. In 2014, they assumed the role of Associate at MAQS Advokatbyrå. In 2018, they were a Legal Counsel (Secondee) at DNB. From 2017 to 2022, they were an Advokat / Associate (Debt Finance) at White & Case LLP. Currently, they are the Head Of Legal at Ark Kapital.

Alexandra Stolt attended Uppsala University from 2009 to 2014, where they obtained a Master of Laws. Alexandra also attended the University of Zurich in 2013 and KTH Royal Institute of Technology from 2010 to 2011, where they studied Industrial Engineering and Management, as well as single courses within economics, mathematics and programming.
