Matt Domingo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the technology and defense sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director at ARKA Group, LP since the acquisition of The Stratagem Group in July 2022, Matt previously held the position of Director at The Stratagem Group from October 2020 to July 2022. Prior to this, Matt spent two decades at Lockheed Martin, progressing through roles including Program Manager, Software Engineering Manager, Engineering & Science Manager, Applications Engineer, Principal Investigator in R&D, and Software & Systems Engineer. Matt holds an MBA from Penn State Great Valley, completed in 2006, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Rutgers University, earned in 2000.
