Jean-Claude Labelle

Jean-Claude Labelle has a diverse and extensive work experience in the gaming industry. Jean-Claude started their career at Gameloft in 2003 as a Mobile Games tester. Jean-Claude quickly grew within the company and was promoted to Lead Games Tester, where they managed a team and ensured the quality of the games. In 2004, they became the Acting Head of Quality Assurance, where they successfully coordinated the ramp-up of testing capability for the company's holiday product lineup. Jean-Claude then became the Head of Quality Assurance in 2005, responsible for hiring and managing over 1000 QA employees and transforming various departments. In 2009, they transitioned to the role of Executive Producer, leading the development of a portfolio of titles from pitch to release. Jean-Claude collaborated with producers and teams to ensure quality, audience alignment, and on-time release. In 2013, Jean-Claude joined King as a Business Performance Manager and later became the Senior Business Performance Manager for Portfolio Games, where they provided tailored recommendations for a range of King titles. Jean-Claude also served as the Business Performance Manager for Experimentation and played a dual role managing product best practices and supporting the VP of Experimentation. In 2023, Jean-Claude joined Arkadium as the VP of Product.

Jean-Claude Labelle completed a Certificate in Video Games Quality Assurance from École des métiers de l'image et des médias numériques from 2002 to 2003. In addition to their formal education, Jean-Claude has also obtained several certifications including "Corporate Finance Essentials" and "Foundations of Management" from IESE Business School in September 2021, as well as "How to Manage a Remote Team" from GitLab in August 2021.
