Assistant Attorney General at Arkansas Attorney General

Dara Hall is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various sectors of law. Since June 2015, Dara has served as an Assistant Attorney General for the Arkansas Attorney General's office. Prior to this role, Dara worked at the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality from March 2004 to June 2015 as the General Counsel for the Hazardous Waste and Mining Divisions, where representation in litigation covered multiple ADEQ divisions. Earlier career positions include Deputy Special Prosecutor at DF&A Revenue from November 1998 to March 2004 and Special Prosecutor II at Pulaski County OCSE from March 1997 to November 1998. Education credentials include a Doctor of Law (JD) from the UALR School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science and Government from UALR.
