Floyd Strayer currently serves as the Chief Investigator of the Attorney General's Medicaid Fraud Unit, a position held since January 2015, overseeing a team of investigators, senior investigators, nurses, and auditors. Strayer's extensive career began at the Little Rock Police Department, where duties spanned from police officer to detective between November 1979 and October 1998. Following this, Strayer served as an investigator for the Arkansas Attorney General from July 1999 to the present. Education was completed in Okinawa, Japan, and Kunsan, Korea.
