David Coyle

David Coyle has a diverse work experience. David started their career at Dillards in 2001 as a Programmer Analyst, where they developed various software systems to enhance store operations. In 2007, they joined Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield, initially as a Systems Analyst Programmer, and later being promoted to Lead Systems Analyst Programmer. David then served as Supervisor of Customer Touchpoint Applications, where they managed software applications for customer service areas. In 2021, David became the Supervisor of Interoperability and API Management, responsible for designing and developing software applications supporting interoperability and API management. Recently, they have held leadership positions as Manager of Interoperability and Orchestration, and currently, as the Director of Data Engineering. David has over 20 years of experience in enterprise software and product leadership and has been involved in process improvement initiatives and collaboration with executive leaders throughout their career.

David Coyle earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) in Computer Information Systems from the University of Arkansas, where they attended from 1998 to 2001. In addition to their degree, they also obtained certifications in API Design and Fundamentals of Google Cloud's Apigee API Platform (with Honors) from Coursera in 2019 and Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance in April 2018.
