Heather Ritchey

Heather Ritchey has a diverse work experience spanning across various companies. Heather currently serves as the Director of Strategic Initiatives (Government Programs) at Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield since July 2020. Prior to this, they worked at UCSF Medical Center as a Clinical Systems Program Manager from June 2018 to July 2020.

Before joining UCSF, Heather was a Program Manager for Enhanced Medication Therapy Management at Florida Blue from October 2016 to June 2018. Heather also held multiple roles at Epic, including Implementation Director, Team Lead, and Project Manager/Implementation Consultant from August 2012 to August 2016.

Heather began their career at Summit Health as an intern from May 2011 to August 2011.

Heather Ritchey attended Penn State University from 2008 to 2012, where they earned their B.S. degree in Health Policy and Administration with a minor in Information Sciences and Technology. Their field of study was focused on Health/Health Care Administration/Management.
