Kapil Bagpatia is an experienced technology professional with a robust background in CRM and digital product management. Currently serving as the Director of CRM, Digital and Experience Products at Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield, Kapil has previously held significant roles at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, including Salesforce CRM Platform Architect and Strategist, as well as Senior Technology Consultant and Senior Project Manager. Additional experience includes positions at Jackson National Life Insurance Company and NCR, focusing on IT consultancy in application development and web applications, followed by an early role at Skila Inc as a Senior Analyst/Developer. Kapil holds a BE in Computer Science from the University of Rajasthan and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Engineering College Kota Rajasthan, both obtained between 1994 and 1998.
