Daniel Thueson serves as the Senior Pastor at First United Methodist Church in Mountain Home and also holds the position of Senior Pastor at Charleston First United Methodist Church. With experience dating back to 2008 as an ordained pastor, Daniel has held various pastoral roles, including Pastor at Alma and Kibler UMC and Associate Pastor at Lovers Lane UMC, where responsibilities encompassed preaching, evangelism, congregational care, and discipleship. Daniel's early career included service as a chaplain at Methodist Dallas Medical Center and as a Resident Community Chaplain at Southern Methodist University. Beyond ministry, Daniel has managerial experience in logistics at Nestle and leadership in martial arts as President of River Valley Mixed Martial Arts and Manager of multiple Martial Art Schools. Educational qualifications include a Master of Divinity from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor of Arts in Theology from Life Christian University.
