Randy Seale

Randy Seale is an experienced professional with a diverse background in pastoral work, programming, and operations management. As a Licensed Local Pastor at the Arkansas Conference of the United Methodist Church since July 2018, Randy has provided spiritual leadership. Prior to this role, Randy held various positions including Programming Manager at WRD Entertainment, Inc., and Operations Specialist in Risk Management at Citizens Bank. Additional experience includes roles in transportation/marketing at Stars Academy and production supervision at Aramark Refreshment Services. Randy also served as Program Director at Crain Media, enhancing a heritage country radio station's branding, and worked as Operations Manager at Noalmark Broadcasting. Educationally, Randy is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Henderson State University, where notable contributions included serving as a Sports Information Intern.
