Carlos Young

Carlos Young is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and operational management across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Member Services at the Arkansas Foundation for Medical Care since June 2020, Carlos is responsible for data analysis, setting performance standards, and overseeing daily service center operations. Previous roles include Director of Superior Funeral Services, where responsibilities encompassed product explanations, insurance underwriting, and assisting families in service planning. Additionally, Carlos held leadership positions at Palco, Inc., providing oversight for call center operations, and at Cardinal Health, managing customer service teams. Carlos Young holds a degree in Organizational Management from Philander Smith University, obtained in 2007.
