Whitney Holland

Whitney Holland is a Registered Dietitian Care Coordinator at Arkansas Health Group since September 2016, where responsibilities include assessing patients for nutrition risk, modifying diets based on individual needs, and providing dietary education. Previously, Whitney served as a UCA Dietetic Intern at the University of Central Arkansas from May 2015 to August 2016 and as a Clinical Diet Assistant at Conway Regional Health System from September 2013 to June 2015, focusing on nutrition assessments and patient education. Early career experiences include roles as a Team Member and Sales Representative at Smoothie King from March 2012 to January 2014, as well as a Nutrition Ambassador at Baptist Health from April 2012 to September 2012, where duties involved meal delivery and patient dietary support. Whitney earned a Master’s degree in Nutrition from the University of Central Arkansas in 2016, following a Bachelor’s degree in the same field from the same institution in 2013.
