Sajni Kumpuris has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Starting in 1993, they worked at Dillard's Inc. as a Television Producer, Director, and Host, where they were responsible for producing effective training videos for various brands. In 2011, they transitioned to Kumpuris Communications, LLC, where they served as the Executive Producer and Creative Director until 2019. During this time, they developed and directed creative projects. From 2014 to 2019, Sajni worked as the Program Education Manager at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, focusing on the Department of Geriatrics. Currently, they serve as the Director of Education at AETN.
